Endostatin
Endostatin is a C-terminal fragment of the α1 chain of collagen XVIII, which inhibits angiogenesis, and tumor growth. It binds to α5β1 and αvβ3 integrins glypicans 1 and 4, and to vascular endothelial growth factor receptor-2 (VEGFR-2, Flk1/KDR) on the surface of endothelial cells.
Immunogen : Recombinant human endostatin (22kDa)
