Type XI collagen is a minor fibrillar collagen . Type XI collagen is a heterotrimer but the third alpha chain is a post-translationally modified α1(II) chain. Mutations in this gene are associated with type II Stickler syndrome and with Marshall syndrome. Multiple transcript variants have been identified for this gene.

Immunogen : Type XI collagen extracted from bovine cartilage.

Host : Rabbit.

Polyclonal antibody purified by chromatography.

Purified, freeze-dried antibody in 0.1 mL vials. Reconstitute with 0.1 mL distilled water and store aliquots at -20°C.
