L'immunomarquage permet la localisation de protéines au sein d'un tissu ou d'une cellule à l'aide d'un anticorps spécifique, révélé par fluorescence ou par réaction enzymatique.
Novotec propose des prestations de service sur tissus inclus en paraffine ou congelés à -80°C.
A l'inverse d'un plateau technique, Novotec offre un service personnalisé et assure le support scientifique et technique dans la conception des projets de ses clients. La mise au point de protocoles optimisés est proposée selon la protéine cible, l'anticorps choisi, le tissu étudié et les différentes contraintes techniques, notamment par l'intermédiaire d'études de faisabilité.
L'observation et l'interprétation des résultats font l'objet d'un rapport détaillé et iconographié.
