Histologie / Coloration
L'histologie permet de visualiser et d'analyser la morphologie d'un organe et de décrire les structures spécifiques des tissus/cellules.
Novotec réalise l'inclusion des tissus en paraffine, en milieu de congélation ou en résine (Epoxy ou MMA), la coupe des blocs et la coloration des coupes obtenues. En fonction des projets, des colorations appropriées sont proposées. La prestation peut également comprendre l'observation et l'interprétation des résultats par la rédaction d'un rapport en détaillé en français ou en anglais, illustré par des planches photos.
Types d'échantillons : tissus mous (peau, foie, rein, cerveau, rate, ...), tissus durs (os, cartilage), cellules en gel tridimentionnel, biomatériaux (naturels et polymères).

- Hematoxyline- Eosine -Safran (HES)
- Trichrome de Masson
- Trichrome de Masson Goldner (MTG).
Colorations spécifiques :
- Collagènes : Rouge de picrosirius, Gordon Sweet
- Elastine : Van Gieson (Verhoeff)
- Glycoaminoglycanes : Safranine O (SO), Bleu Alcian
- Glycogène : Periodic Acid Schiff (PAS), Bleu de Toluidine
- Lipides : Red Oil
- Inflammation : May Grünwald Giemsa (MGG)
- Fer : Perl's
